  • Verdante at Westland Estates is a boutique gated community of 39 custom homesites situated on 40 acres of gentle rolling terrain in NE Scottsdale’s upper Sonoran Desert. We are part of Scottsdale’s Environmentally Sensitive Land Ordinance (ESLO) which covers approximately 134 square miles in North Scottsdale.
